1. Free Estimates (no trip fees/no service fees – $79 Value per Visit)
o On Point VIP Members will not pay for trip fees or service charges between 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.
o Trip Fees are not diagnostic or repair fees.
o Holidays & After hours are not included.
o On Point VIP Members will receive 10% off any approved estimates for any repairs, upgrades or services that require additional labor, materials, or services. A written estimate will be provided upfront for customer approval before work begins. All of our On Point VIP Members receive a 2-Year Parts & Labor Warranty while maintaining an active On Point VIP Membership, or warranty will revert to standard warranties provided for specific services provided.
o All systems warrantied by On Point Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air must be maintained only by On Point Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air for the extended warranty to be active. If systems are repaired, or up-kept by another company, the extended warranty as mentioned above is nulled.
o On Point Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air reserves the right to refuse free service calls for repeat requests where the technician has recommended prior repairs.
2. Unlimited Drain Cleaning ($125 – $400 Average Value)
o On Point VIP Members will not pay for standard drain cleaning service between 8am to 8pm Monday thru Sunday.
o After Hours & Holiday Rates are not included and may vary.
o For drains that cannot be cleaned due to any underlying circumstance or is a recurring problem where repairs have already been recommended, or hydro jetting is required, toilet removal, or other more difficult problems that require additional labor, materials or troubleshooting, an up-front estimate will be provided.
o On Point Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air reserves the right to refuse repeat drain cleaning services for drains the require repair where the customer has already been notified that a repair is required.
o For any recommended repairs, replacements, or other services where applicable, our On Point On Point VIP Members will receive 10% up to $500 off any approved estimates, not to be combined with any other specials, discounts or coupons.
o All repair options and pricing provided up front at time of service with customer approval before work begins
o On Point VIP Members receive 2-Year Parts & Labor Warranty only when the On Point On Point VIP Membership is active, or warranty will revert to standard warranties provided for specific services provided. Warranty is non-transferable. Warranty is voided if another company services any system where the VIP Warranty was provided.
o Running a snake in the kitchen drain line & main sewer line is only provided with an accessible cleanout. If a cleanout needs to be created or is recommended, an up-front estimate will be provided for approval from the On Point On Point VIP Member.
3. Each On Point VIP Member is eligible to receive up to four total inspection visits per year, including: ($700 Average Value when used)
o Air Conditioning & Heating: Winter Heating & Furnace Safety Inspection per year for all systems to include carbon monoxide (CO), leak detection, & filter replacements free of charge if the filters are provided by the On Point VIP Member.
o Air Conditioning & Heating: Summer Air Conditioning Inspection is provided per year for all systems to include your condenser clean out and filter replacement as needed which is 100% free if the condenser is provided by the On Point VIP Member. Ask our technician for complete details!
o Plumbing: Our Whole-House Plumbing Inspection includes drains, ALL tank water heaters with flush or descale if applicable, garbage disposals, fixtures, gas lines, laundry drain lines, and more. Ask our technician for complete details!
o Electrical: Our Electrical inspection includes the Main Panel Boards, any Arc Fault Breakers, GFCI Protection, Inspect 1-2 receptacles per circuit, all Accessible smoke/CO detectors and more. Ask our technician for complete details!

5. 2-Year Extended Warranties
o Extended Warranties are valid for active On Point VIP Members only. If a member cancels, the warranty will revert to standard warranty for work provided.
o With any extended warranties work, if the system is operated, worked on, or utilized on by any other contractors, companies, handymans, etc, the warranty is void. You agree to contact the seller for all direct repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics.
o This warranty is not transferable and cannot be resold.
